Pfitscher

The Pfitscher family produces wines in several areas of Trentino-Alto Adige - Montagna, Fie allo Sciliar, Egna, Ora, Cortaccia and Caldaro. The estate owns 25 hectares of vineyards located at an altitude of 300 to 900 meters above sea level. In total, the estate produces about 180,000 bottles per year. The ratio of white and red wines is approximately 50/50. Organic winemaking methods and 100% manual labor are used in the vineyards. The main varieties are Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Lagrein.
