Jaillance

The creation of Jaillance began in the 1950s under the influence of Henri Bonnet. A group of winemakers decided to join forces to promote their production. More than 70 years later, the cooperative that became known as Jaillance now has more than 200 winemakers and over a hundred employees, perpetuating a heritage passed down from generation to generation.

Cave de Die Jaillance is now the third largest agri-food company in the Drôme, providing more than 1,000 jobs. The 224 members of Cave de Die Jaillance cultivate more than 1,500 hectares. Jaillance represents almost 72% of AOC producers, 73% of the cultivated area and 73% of the volumes harvested. The cooperative sells more than 7,850,000 bottles of AOC Clairette de Die and Crémants de Die, as well as almost 500,000 bottles of Crémants de Bordeaux.
