The result of this approach to business was the Jose de Sousa Rosado Fernandes winery, which is part of the company, located in Riguengos de Monsaraz (the center of the homonymous municipality of the Évora district, Alentejo), where the ancient Roman method of wine fermentation in huge clay pots is combined with production facilities equipped with the latest oenological technology.
