Kilchoman
Founded in 2005, Kilchoman is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries. Situated on Rockside Farm in the western part of Islay, it was the first distillery to be built on the island in 125 years. Kilchoman Distillery was founded and run by Anthony Wills, who is assisted in the family business by his wife Katie and three sons, George, Peter and James. The distillery produces around 120,000 litres of alcohol annually. The company is one of the few producers who grow their own barley for whisky production.
