Gruppo Francoli

In the Italian mountains, just above Lake Como, the Francoli family began distilling in 1875. It was then that Luigi Guglielmo Francoli produced the first grappa in the mountain village of Campodolcino. The Francoli company as we know it today, located in Ghemma, Piedmont, was founded in 1951. Year after year, production expanded, new facilities were opened, and existing ones were acquired. This ultimately led to the creation of Gruppo Francoli (Fratelli Francoli).

Today, Gruppo Francoli remains family-owned and is an active producer and distributor of grappa, liqueurs, wine, and other beverages. All the grapes used by Fratelli Francoli for their beverages come from the Piedmont region. The company was the first distillery to officially receive the Impatto Zero certification, meaning that the production that takes place here has no impact on the environment. This has always been important to the Francoli family and is therefore one of its core values.
