L'Aurage

Domaine de l'Aurage is a wine estate managed by the talented winemaker Louis Mitjavile. His father, François Mitjavile, is renowned as the owner of the Tertre Rôteboeuf estate in Saint-Émilion and Roc de Cambes in Côtes de Bourg. Before establishing his own business, Louis worked as a consulting oenologist for numerous estates, earning a reputation as a successful and ambitious entrepreneur.

The estate’s vineyards cover a total area of 18 hectares; 90% are planted with Merlot, while the remaining 10% are dedicated to Cabernet Franc. Strict quality control at every stage ensures the excellence of the final product.
