Chateau Marquis de Terme
Chateau Marquis de Terme is a wine estate located in the Margaux appellation (Bordeaux). In the mid-17th century, the Chateau was part of the Rauzan estate, later divided according to the 1855 classification into four chateaus: Chateau Rauzan-Segla, Chateau Rauzan-Gassies, Chateau Desmirail and Chateau Marquis de Terme. Today, Chateau Marquis de Terme is 38 hectares of vineyards, some of which are located on the Laberges plateau. Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (35%), Petit Verdot (7%) and Cabernet Franc (3%) are successfully grown on the local gravel-clay soil. The owners of Chateau Marquis de Terme are the Senecloz brothers - Jean, Phillipe and Pierre-Louis.
