Daron
Calvados Daron is produced in a small town near Lisieux in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region by the ninth generation of the Deschamps family. Daron is distilled in traditional stills twice, separating the distillate into fractions and the "heart", with an alcohol content of about 70%, used for further aging. Aging takes place in carefully selected, small old French oak barrels, which do not give too many tannins and preserve the fresh and intense fruity aroma of Calvados.
