Paul Achs
The Paul Ax winery is located 60 km from Vienna in Burgenland, between Lake Neusiedl and the Hungarian border. The estate owns 22 hectares, which are divided into 42 plots. The estate produces dry red and white wines. 10 hectares are allocated to the varieties Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent and Zweigelt. Of the international varieties, Pinot Noir and Syrah are selected. Manual harvesting and organic viticulture methods are used in the vineyards.
