Armand de Brignac Holdings

Winemakers in the 12th and 13th generation, Jean-Jacques Cattier and his son Alexander, are the creators of the prestigious cuvee Armand de Brignac. Their dream was to create a unique champagne that would reflect the best of the region, where their family has been making wine for 250 years.

The Cattier family owns 33 hectares in Montagne de Reims, around the most famous cru in Champagne, including the villages of Rilly-la-Montagne, Chigny-les-Roses and Ludes. The selection of grapes takes place in several stages, and is based on the vast experience and knowledge gained over 250 years of work in Champagne. Every year they look for sites with the best grapes that reflect the terroir. The main principle of the economy is continuous development.

Cattier vineyards have the highest health certification - HVE3. Protecting nature, they preserve their business for future generations. Another principle of the economy - for the production of wine is used only the first portion of the must (cuvee). This approach and attention to the smallest details allow the wine to retain bright fruitiness, enveloping texture and balanced acidity. Each bottle of Armand de Brignac has been added a unique dosage, including the best vintages aged in barrel for one year. This light touch of the winemaker brings versatility and complexity, adding nuances of pastry, toast and vanilla. The uniqueness of Armand de Brignac is an assemblage of three vintages. Each bottle carries the character of three different styles, which allows you to keep the highest quality of champagne from year to year.
