Interesting Facts
This cuvée is crafted from three classic grape varieties of the region, with the addition of 25–35% reserve wines. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperatures. Following a secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is aged on its lees for at least three years, plus an additional three months after disgorgement.
