Interesting Facts
The grapes are hand-picked into small 20 kg boxes and taken straight to the winery where they are pressed in whole bunches. The first fermentation takes place in steel. After malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle followed by aging on the lees for 30 months.
