Interesting Facts
This intense and mineral champagne is made from three classic varieties of the region - Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, in almost equal proportions participating in the blend. After traditional vinification, the champagne is aged for 3 years on fine yeast lees in the winery's cellars, revealing in this cuvée the tones of brioche, wet stones and gunpowder.
