Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties grown in Grand Cru vineyards in Margaux. The average age of the vines is 20 years. The harvest is harvested by hand. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C for 3 weeks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak for about 15 months.
