Chateau Dauzac

Château Dozak came under the management of André Lurton in 1992. The area of the château's vineyards, located in the AOC Margaux, is 40 hectares. The first vineyard was planted in the 12th century, the site received the Grand Cru Classe category in 1855. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are mainly grown here.

The Lurton family, known in Bordeaux as a wine producer since 1650, is one of the largest dynasties in the world, whose members are engaged in winemaking and wine trading. Today, the family owns about 630 hectares of land. The company's wineries are located in Entre-Deux-Mers, Pessac-Leognan, Margaux, Lussac Saint-Émilion and other regions. Andre Lurton wines are distinguished by their unique aroma and freshness, and young wines often surpass aged wines with their rich taste.

André Lurton's philosophy runs through his entire life like a red thread and states: "As a passionate winemaker, I have spent 60 years searching for the best terroirs of Bordeaux in order to produce exquisite wines. I personally supervise my vineyards, as well as the products at all stages of their development. My wines combine the traditions of our ancestors and the latest achievements in winemaking technology. And my signature is a guarantee of the highest quality and is recognized throughout the world."
