This non-alcoholic wine is made from the Sauvignon Blanc variety. After a light pressing, the free-run juice is purified for fermentation, which takes place for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature of 10 to 16 degrees. This preserves the persistent fruity taste. The alcohol is then extracted using an innovative process that preserves the organoleptic properties of the wine.
