Melifera is a French organic gin made from immortelle flowers hand-picked in the north of the Ile d'Oléron. Inspired by this flower growing on the dunes, the gin reproduces the unique aroma of immortelle and the Atlantic. Melifera is a brand committed to protecting biodiversity, and in particular the black bee Apis Melifera, from which it takes its name.
