Osmoz Cognac Cask Finish is a line of aged gins. Laurent Vallet chose two cognac barrels to refine the Citrus and Classic gins, while preserving their freshness. The gin is produced by blending two other Montifot drinks - Osmosis Classic and Osmosis Citrus. Each of them is aged in oak barrels, in which a little cognac Chateau Montifot is left. After aging (at least 4 months), the gin acquires a soft, rounded taste and excellent aroma.
