Berries ripening in the rugged mountains of Abruzzo—the heart of the central Apennines—are hand-picked and carefully blended to create a flawlessly refreshing bouquet. In addition to raspberries, local blueberries and blackcurrants complete the berry selection. The berries are steeped in neutral spirit for a long time to extract the maximum flavor and aroma. After blending, the drink is brought to 26% alcohol and the desired sugar level. It makes a wonderful digestif and the perfect accompaniment to desserts and soft cheeses.
