The vineyards are located at an altitude of 137 meters above sea level. Grapes from 20-year-old vines are harvested only by hand, after the soft berries are pressed, then maceration is carried out at a low temperature for 6 hours and fermentation in steel tanks. In them, the wine is aged for 8 months before bottling.
