Interesting Facts
The wine is made from grapes harvested from four separate plots located on the south-western slopes of the Franschhoek Valley. This wine perfectly combines the classic style of French Cabernet Sauvignon with the unique taste of Cabernet from South Africa. The grapes were hand-picked, fermentation takes place in French barriques, with a capacity of 225 liters, where the subsequent aging takes place for 27 months.
