"Care" Rosado is a refreshing dry rose wine created from a blend of two grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. Harvesting is carried out only when the berries have reached the optimum degree of ripeness. The juice is obtained after 16 hours of maceration by "bloodletting" under the influence of gravity. Fermentation on lees takes place in truncated conical stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C.
