Care is a wine estate located in the heart of DO Carinena, the oldest wine region of Aragon, 50 km from Zaragoza. At the beginning of the 20th century, wines were produced here for an undemanding public, but since the DO was created in 1960, the situation has changed dramatically. DO Cariñena has become the birthplace of high class wines.
Innovative and original project Bodegas Añadas was the result of painstaking work, careful planning and control of each stage of wine production: from the selection of the best vineyards, the latest equipment and ending with all the technological processes of winemaking. The farm considers the professionalism and experience of Bodegas Añadas employees, as well as respect for the land and traditions, to be the main secret of its success.
"Care" comes from the ancient Roman name of the city Cariñena/Caraellana. "Cariño", translated from Spanish - love, affection, gift, in English the word "care" - "care", "thoroughness". It is with care and love that Bodegas Añadas wines are produced. Each label in the Care line features the signature work "Modern Face" by local artist Enrique Torrijos and symbolizes the pioneering face of DO Cariñena.
