Interesting Facts
The Grenache grapes are harvested from old 60-year-old vines. The berries underwent preliminary cold maceration, fermentation on their own yeast in steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of 500 and 700 liters.
