Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested from the limestone soils of the Robertson region. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and oak barrels (80/20). Psole, the wine undergoes a short aging on the lees, and before bottling, 20% of the wine is aged in oak for an additional 6 months.
