Interesting Facts
The grapes for this magnificent Chardonnay are harvested at night, then destemmed and sent to a pneumatic press. Maceration takes place at a low temperature for 4-7 days. Most of the fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank for 15 days. A small part is fermented in French oak.
