Interesting Facts
The wine is made from grapes from vines that are mostly grown in their historical terroir. The grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels and aged for up to 18 months, using 80% new and 20% one-year-old barrels.
