Interesting Facts
Created under the guidance of the renowned oenologist Denis Dubourdieu, Château Siran is charming in its youth and surprising in its complexity over time, with the potential to develop in bottle for 15-20 years. The grapes, harvested entirely by hand at the peak of ripeness, are carefully sorted and destemmed, then pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at a strictly controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, one-third new.
