Interesting Facts
The grapes for this stunning wine were collected in the commune of Noe-Les-Mallets from 50 vines located on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. After fermentation, the wine matures in old French oak barrels for at least 2 years. A developed style of Pinot Noir with secondary tones. Fall foliage, underbrush, cranberry and an elegant, mineral finish.
