Le Puy is an excellent wine that is made from six varieties with a dominant Merlot (85%). After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. Before bottling, the wine is not filtered, preserving the maximum palette of flavors and aromas. Le Puy is an exquisite wine that can be drunk young, enjoying velvety tannins, or aged in order to experience the charm of the local terroir.
