Interesting Facts
San Salvatore was founded in 2005 and is located in the middle of the Cilento National Park in the Campania region. The warm climate and the proximity of the sea make this region ideal for growing local grape varieties. In the vineyards, biodynamic and organic principles of farming are practiced. Phalangina is the main white variety in the region.
