Interesting Facts

The wine is made from the Fiano variety, grown in the Capaccio-Paestum vineyards in the Cannito region at an altitude of 150-210 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 12-14 years. The grapes are harvested manually, the berries are gently pressed and subjected to 6-hour cryomaceration at a temperature of 4 °C. After fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine is aged for 6 months on the lees and bottled.
