Interesting Facts
The wine is grown on two plots of the estate, each measuring just 0.3 hectares (a small portion is purchased from neighboring vineyards). The vineyard, with its eastern exposure and sandy soils, is farmed according to organic winemaking principles. The wine is aged in 600- and 228-liter oak barrels (a quarter of which are new) for 12 months, after which the wines from the different barrels are blended.
