Taste:
In the mouth, its refreshing notes makes it hard to turn down another glass. It has good acidity and nice structure, as well as smooth and pleasant tannins. Chocolate notes.
Aroma:
On the nose, notes of fruits (blueberries), flowers and earth, undergrowth, fresh aromatic herbs give the wine a surprising nose reminiscent of the forest.
Gastronomy:
A vibrant wine with a persistent retronasal aroma and a flavorful finish.
Interesting Facts
Old vines more than 45 years old on sandy soil. A pre-fermentation maceration is carried out at a controlled temperature, with subsequent alcoholic fermentation taking place. Once completed, malolactic fermentation in 500-liter barrels occurs.
