Interesting Facts
Gelber Muskateller, one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties in the region, is hand-picked from sandy soils with some gravel or loam at high altitude. The berries are destemmed, briefly macerated and gently pressed. Slow, controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on its lees for five months before bottling.
