The taste is clearly audible notes of ripe yellow apples, pears, a light speck. Creamy texture and a long, soft finish.
Aroma:
Bright, sweetish aroma with hints of honey, flowers and sweet spices, nuances of ginger and fruit.
Gastronomy:
It goes well with scallops, salmon steak with tarragon.
Interesting Facts
The grapes for this wine are harvested from the sites of Petrosino, Trapani and Marzara del Vallo, in the west of Sicily. Vineyards with limestone soils are located at an altitude of 10-50 meters. The age of the vines is 20-25 years. Oak is not used in production.
