Interesting Facts
La Petite Eglise is the second wine from Château L'Église-Clinet. It is based on Merlot grapes, to which Cabernet Franc is added. Both varieties are vinified using the traditional method, which involves long maceration. After alcoholic fermentation and the completion of vinification, the final blend is aged in oak barrels, 70% of which are new, and then bottled.
