Interesting Facts
Luis Canas Bianco is a version of Riojan white wine aged in oak on a lees for 4 months in completely new oak barrels. Viura is not a very expressive variety, but it has a palpable minerality both in aroma and in the mouth and bright citrus tones. The variety literally changes after a short period of aging on the lees.
