The grapes for this wine are hand-picked from a small, separate vineyard located at an altitude of 715 meters above sea level, with a northern exposure. The cool climate and clay-rocky soils allow the grapes to ripen gradually. Spontaneous fermentation on wild yeast takes place in steel tanks. Bottling takes place without filtration, with a minimum amount of sulphites. The wine has a potential of more than 8 years.
