Interesting Facts
The grapes for this wine are collected from the best plots of the estate. The collection takes place by hand, in small wooden boxes. The berries undergo careful selection during harvest, as well as upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation lasts about 10 days in concrete vats (each variety separately). After blending, the wine is aged in French oak for 18 months.
