Interesting Facts
Terre del Noche is a range of varietal wines named after the Noce River at the foot of the Dolomites. Terre del Noce wines combine democracy and the high class of Italian winemaking. The grapes are harvested from areas located north of Lake Garda, which creates a unique, warm microclimate, ideal for the ripening of both white and red grape varieties. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers under controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in barrels for 6-8 months.
