Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the Monastrell grape variety, harvested from 40-year-old vines. Harvesting begins quite late, in early November. After cold maceration, the must undergoes fermentation at 24-26°C (75-80°F) for 12-15 days. The wine is aged for six months in French oak barrels.
