Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the Vermentino variety grown in the vineyards of Lefkadia. After pressing, the must undergoes spontaneous fermentation on the pulp in steel and malolactic fermentation in a barrel. Excerpt wine takes place in French oak barrels for 6 months.
