Orange wine derived from the red variety Sumoll Negre, with 67 - year-old vines grown on rocky terroirs with small patches of clay. Organic sites under certification, although they have not been treated with any other chemicals for many decades. The vineyards are surrounded by spruce trees, and they are constantly under attack by wild boars. All work on the vineyard is carried out taking into account the phases of the biodynamic calendar.The harvest takes place in mid-October, completely hand-picked. Before entering the fermentation tank, a thorough triage of berries and separation of ridges is made. The orange color of this wine gives literally 1% of the skin of the late-harvest Sumol, pitted. The wine is fermented in old barrels of 228 and 300 liters, fermentation on wild yeast, duration-6 months.
