Organic wine made from hand-picked Pecorino grapes. Pecorino is a white variety whose name most likely comes from the word "pecora", which means "sheep" in Italian. These animals love to feast on sweet grapes while passing by vineyards. The farm plots are 150 meters above sea level. The vines have a north-eastern exposure with the Guyot type and a density of 5,000 bushes per 1 hectare. The wine undergoes fermentation and subsequent aging in steel.
