Interesting Facts

The Altura Máxima vineyard is one of the highest in the world (3,111 meters above sea level). The poor and rocky soil allows for the production of very high-quality grapes with complex organoleptic properties. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. No more than 20 barrels of wine are produced per year.
