Interesting Facts
The first vintage was released in 2021. The 20-year-old vines are located at 1,300 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested in the first week of March. 40% of the grapes are fermented with the stems. After fermentation, the lees from the Pinot Gris are added to the must and battonage is carried out regularly during aging, which enhances the volume and structure. Bottling takes place with minimal addition of sulphites.
