Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested from two very densely planted areas (about 9,500 vines per hectare): in Deidesham - Herrgottsacker, in Ruppertsberg - Reiterpfard. Fermentation takes place in oak barriques, of which 30% are new, further aging in barriques for 18 months.
