Interesting Facts
Pinotage grapes are sourced from 22 specially selected sites in the Robertson Valley. Vinification takes place at 26-28°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged on the lees in oak barrels for 4 months.
