Interesting Facts
Ponce Blanco is produced exclusively from the Albillo variety, using grapes from very old vines grown at an altitude of about 700 meters. The grapes are pressed, after which the wort is fermented in 600 liter oak barrels. The wine is bottled in 600 and 4500 liter barrels with fine sediment for subsequent aging for several months.
